In order to serve you better, we are making some changes to our hours and how we do business, which will benefit you and will allow us to continue to provide the professional service you have grown accustomed to.
These changes will benefit you because this will make our business more efficient and more responsive.
From this point forward our preferred method of contact will be for you to submit a support ticket, email, or text (828-779-4808).
When you contact us via one of the methods above, please leave a detailed description of the issue you are having so that we can determine the criticality your problem and that we can schedule accordingly.
Don’t get me wrong, I love speaking with you on the phone, but I’m usally at a customers site or in a ceiling pulling wire some where. As much as I hate to admit it, all the things we discuss do not stay in my head very long and I usually do not have a pad or pencil handy.
As always, our goal is to make you a happy and satisfied customer. These changes will allow us always achieve that goal.
